Subprocessor List
Categories and configured providers that may process customer data.
1. Hosting and database
The production hosting, managed PostgreSQL, managed Redis, object storage, backup, monitoring, and content-delivery providers configured by the operator may process encrypted or access-controlled customer data to provide infrastructure services.
2. Email
The configured transactional-email provider processes recipient addresses and message content for account verification, password resets, reminders, invitations, and billing notices.
3. Payments
Stripe may process billing identity, address, tax, subscription, invoice, payment-method, dispute, and refund information when live Stripe billing is enabled. TrapReady does not store full card numbers.
4. Support and monitoring
Configured error-monitoring, customer-support, and security providers may process limited diagnostic or support data. The operator must replace these category descriptions with named providers and locations before public launch.
