Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting customers, service providers, inspectors, and the platform.
1. Permitted use
Use TrapReady for lawful restaurant, food-service, grease-trap, FOG, vendor-documentation, inspection, and related business workflows.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not upload malware, unlawful content, deceptive records, unrelated sensitive data, payment-card numbers, government identity documents, or content that infringes another party's rights. Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, impersonate another party, or use invitations to send spam.
3. Account security
Users must protect credentials, use authorized accounts, promptly remove former personnel, and report suspected compromise.
4. Enforcement
TrapReady may block content, revoke links, rate-limit requests, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or notify affected customers when necessary to address abuse or security risk.

TrapReady helps restaurants organize, verify, retain, and provide their grease-trap compliance records. It does not guarantee compliance with local FOG requirements.
